Sea of Thieves Exploration Project Description

This article aims to explain what types of exploration projects are available in the game and quickly help players get started with Sea of Thieves.

1. Legendary mission.

There will be legendary tasks that can be voted on on many islands. Check the legendary tasks in the TAB and find the unlocked ones first. If you don’t know the location, you can go to the video website to find the detailed guide. The map on the ship will also show whether the legendary mission is locked. (icon above location)

2. Cursed Fortress

After collecting all seven kinds of flames, you can go to the Cursed Fortress on the map to attack with the Ritual Skeleton. Detailed procedures can be searched by yourself. It is one of the most rewarding challenges in the game.

3. Heart of Flame Ghost Fleet

That's the big red head in the sky. If you don’t have any experience in naval combat, it’s better to go around. When you want to fight, please pay attention: ordinary ghost ships have three guns and one cannon. For the boss ghost ship, just shoot the middle one.

4. Skeleton Fleet

Under the boat-shaped clouds in the sky, you can go here to fight a bunch of skeleton ships. Let’s talk about the skills of fighting the skeleton ship: the skeletons can only repair the ship but not fish out water. When you use the harpoon and the skeleton ship to get closer, the skeleton ship will no longer shoot. You can pull it aside and pour water on the ship. You can also blow up the skeleton ship while killing the skeletons repairing the ship in the cabin.

5. Flame Skeleton Boss

Below the red tornado in the sky, it is recommended to pull it to the shore and shoot it with cannons.

6. Death’s Gift or Death’s Gift

The location of the colorful ribbon on the sea will be marked on the map with a skull (red or yellow). Red gives blue coins and yellow gives money. The whole picture is visible and may be robbed.
